I started The Stanza in July 2023 to merge my interests in the creative industries and insights from my investing career. “Stanza” in Italian means “room”, and I hope that my content gives my audience the feeling that they’re in the right room.

Prior to The Stanza, I spent nearly a decade in real estate private equity & development, the last 3 years of which I spent structuring pre-development capital for the Aman Hotel & Residences in Beverly Hills. During my investing career, I was lucky to get exposure to a wide variety of deals - from members clubs to large scale mixed-use developments.

After living in LA, NYC, and London, I’m now building The Stanza in Milan.

Subscribers can expect a weekly newsletter on Friday and an interview every other week. Paid subscribers can also request questions for future guests.
