“Project GPE” is a 1,000 acre estate in northern England (near-ish Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool). The owners are a married couple, and the husband inherited the estate in 2003. The couple is raising £25M to fund construction of a new wellness club, conversion of the mansion house into a hotel and members club, and various amenities you’d expect at an English countryside estate, such as horseback riding, clay pigeon shooting, lawn croquet, and much more…
